I competed in my first natural bodybuilding figure competition in 2002. Six months prior to that, I won a Body Transformation contest in a national magazine, which started my career in fitness and bodybuilding. I have competed twice in the Australian titles, placing both times. I will continue competing for as long as I can -I find the discipline of the sport immensely gratifying - I love it! My other passion is helping my clients meet their own fitness & physique transformation goals through my online training business, www.idealbodiesonline.com. I witness truly amazing and inspiring transformations from clients all over the world on a regular basis - not just external transformations, but perhaps even more importantly, internal ones. Every day I count my blessings for what is truly a remarkable opportunity to touch people's lives in a way that will help them live a healthier and happier life. Seeing my clients progress from tired, unhappy, overweight and often self-loathing people, to strong, healthy, confident and beautiful individuals (inside and out!), gives me tremendous satisfaction that I will be forever grateful.

Has Rexy got your pressie yet? :) Sounds like you had a great day on Sunday. Our family got a 'family pressie' a puppy!!! Will post a pic when I get time and the camera decides to actually work

Hi Ali, no, still waiting for my Mother's Day prezzie from Rexy :( I guess I just have to accept he didn't think I was worthy :) I know he loves me though. Look forward to seeing your new addition! Yes, wonderful to have Jodie back - I missed her!!
