Hey Suzie, thought I would drop by and read your blog. It has been a while since I last emailed you and figured I would drop a few lines. You looked amazing! you were right about your shoulders, arms and back looking much better...that was the first thing I noticed. Congradulations on your finish, I know what it is like to be placed lower than what you REALLY should have but after a while you just get over it and move on and try that much harder...to me, it is an incentive to show the judges the true potential that you have and that they may have overlooked you.
I can't wait to see the other pics, it sounds like you and the girls (and Damien)had a great time.
Stevie!! How great to hear from you - I will email you soon. I'm not disappointed, I'm actually really really happy because I now have the muscle I need and the shape I need - I just have to get that bit leaner. I'm blown away by the differences between 2004 and now, eating to gain muscle offseason makes a big difference!
Thanks for the pics :-) I wish i could have had the time to go out with y'all saturday night, but i really had to spend some time with my cus, that was the only night i could go down and stay with her.
You looked fantastic, and WOW you have some muscle gal!
I competed in my first natural bodybuilding figure competition in 2002. Six months prior to that, I won a Body Transformation contest in a national magazine, which started my career in fitness and bodybuilding.
I have competed twice in the Australian titles, placing both times. I will continue competing for as long as I can -I find the discipline of the sport immensely gratifying - I love it!
My other passion is helping my clients meet their own fitness & physique transformation goals through my online training business, www.idealbodiesonline.com.
I witness truly amazing and inspiring transformations from clients all over the world on a regular basis - not just external transformations, but perhaps even more importantly, internal ones.
Every day I count my blessings for what is truly a remarkable opportunity to touch people's lives in a way that will help them live a healthier and happier life.
Seeing my clients progress from tired, unhappy, overweight and often self-loathing people, to strong, healthy, confident and beautiful individuals (inside and out!), gives me tremendous satisfaction that I will be forever grateful.
